What you will do

• Define and own the Connectivity Analytics & AI roadmap aligned with Digital Data & AI standards.
• Lead the development of connectivity data products, including semantic models, APIs, and dashboards on the Helios platform.
• Apply AI/ML and GenAI capabilities to connectivity engineering workflows for validation automation and predictive reliability.
• Manage a portfolio of analytics initiatives focused on connectivity quality and engineering efficiency.
• Act as a trusted advisor to Connectivity leadership and lead enterprise change management efforts.
• Build and lead a high-performing team of data engineers, analysts, and applied AI specialists.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data/Analytics, or a quantitative field.
• Strong experience leading analytics or AI initiatives in complex engineering or technology environments.
• Proven people leadership experience, including managing other managers.
• Ability to translate ambiguous engineering problems into scalable data and AI solutions.
• Must be based in or be able to relocate to Mossville, IL.
• Visa sponsorship is NOT available for this position.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or an MBA.
• Experience with connected systems, telematics, IoT, or embedded/cloud ecosystems.
• Hands-on familiarity with modern data platforms and ML/AI delivery patterns.
• Experience operating in a governed enterprise AI environment.
