TL;DR

Salary: $94,500 – $115,500 (Total Cash including bonus).

hirify.global is a data-driven marketing agency that acts as a strategic partner to brands, leveraging technology and analytics to optimize paid media and CRM channels.

What you will do

  • Partner with clients and internal teams to develop actionable, data-driven marketing narratives.
  • Design and execute media experiments including A/B testing, brand lift, and geo-experimentation.
  • Manage custom analysis queues for media optimization, including LTV and propensity modeling.
  • Own the full data tech stack for client teams and ensure accurate data flow into visualization platforms.
  • Mentor and manage a team of analysts while contributing to the development of internal tools.
  • Translate complex analytics findings into strategic, client-ready recommendations.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the US with authorization to work.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in digital media analytics across search, display, social, and video.
  • 2-4+ years of experience in retail-oriented marketing analytics (Amazon Advertising, Walmart Connect, etc.).
  • Proven experience with data clean rooms and modern marketing data infrastructure.
  • Experience managing a team of 2+ direct reports.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build direct relationships with client stakeholders.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Amazon Marketing Cloud or similar platforms like LiveRamp.
  • Background in advanced modeling techniques such as marketing mix modeling.
  • Interest in building solutions with AI support.
