AI Enablement Lead (AI Enablement): Deliver AI enablement across a full curriculum—Cowork 101 baseline, role-specific tracks, hands-on skill-authoring labs, executive coaching, demo-factory facilitation, and train-the-trainer certification—with an accent on consulting-grade facilitation and building a curriculum playbook that matures from each customer engagement. Focus on teaching what customers need to operationalize AI in their workflows, while maintaining strong executive presence and diagnosing needs in boardroom-level conversations.

What you will do
- Deliver the full AI enablement curriculum, including Cowork 101, role-specific tracks, skill-authoring labs, executive coaching, demo-factory facilitation, and train-the-trainer certification.
- Facilitate community-of-practice setup and run the initial skill-share cadence.
- Run connective-tissue activities like “study your work” to surface customer use-case candidates and produce post-session briefs for the account team.
- Maintain curriculum decks, demo library, and the skill catalog used in training; feed learnings back into the enablement playbook.
- Work within a consulting engagement while handing off engineering, ROI measurement, IT provisioning, and commercial contracting to other functions.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in the USA
- Demonstrated teaching and facilitation experience (e.g., workshop facilitator, bootcamp instructor, university lecturer, internal enablement lead, or technical trainer).
- Strong public speaking capability for stage, camera, and boardroom settings; experience running sessions for large groups and 1:1 coaching with executives.
- Developer relations/evangelism or community-facing experience—able to make a room want what it didn’t know it needed.
- Consulting posture: listen first, diagnose second, recommend third; ability to earn trust rather than just provide answers.
- Emotional intelligence and room-reading skills, including handling senior-level pushback and following up on “honest unknowns.”
