What you will do

  • Design and build automations that remove repetitive work across the People tech stack.
  • Develop AI-powered solutions such as copilots, agents, and intelligent workflows to improve self-service and support.
  • Connect and integrate systems (Workday, SmartRecruiters, CultureAmp) using scalable integration patterns.
  • Implement automation and validation workflows to keep data clean, structured, and analytics-ready.
  • Act as a force multiplier for the PSA team by supporting, troubleshooting, and scaling automation impact.
  • Continuously improve automation performance, reliability, and ROI across the ecosystem.

Requirements

  • Built and shipped production-ready automations using platforms like Workato, n8n, or similar.
  • Experience in HR Tech (or strong builder background from adjacent domains) with interest in People/HR use cases.
  • Hands-on experience shipping LLM copilots, agents, or intelligent workflows with real-world application understanding.
  • Experience in consulting or L&D/change enablement, including adoption, enablement, and training as part of delivery.
  • Strong systems thinking across complex tech ecosystems and clear communication to translate technical concepts into actionable ideas.
  • Strong data instincts for accuracy, structure, and downstream impact.
