What you will do
- Lead agentic engineering discovery and assessments to identify where agentic approaches create measurable value across the SDLC.
- Own end-to-end client adoption journeys from kickoff and assessment through enablement and scale-out with clear outcomes and metrics.
- Collaborate with intelligence engineers, architects, delivery leaders, and client stakeholders to connect strategy with execution.
- Facilitate client workshops, interviews, and enablement sessions for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Analyze delivery workflows, tools, team maturity, governance models, and AI usage to assess readiness for agentic adoption.
- Define high-impact agentic SDLC use cases and prioritize them by business value, feasibility, risk, and organizational maturity.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in an architecture role or closely related technical roles.
- Strong understanding of software delivery, SDLC practices, Agile ways of working, and engineering team operations.
- Hands-on familiarity with agentic AI and GenAI tools across requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and project management.
- Experience running client-facing consulting activities (discovery, assessments, workshops, or enablement programs).
- Ability to analyze delivery processes, identify bottlenecks, and assess technical and organizational readiness for agentic adoption.
- Proven capability to define adoption plans, operating models, roles and responsibilities, success metrics, and scale-out recommendations.
