What you will do

  • Develop and execute strategies to convert hospital accounts to medical monitoring products.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and lead negotiations with physicians, bio-medical engineers, and purchasing managers.
  • Partner with distributors and OEM sales personnel to expand market reach.
  • Participate in hospital bid tenders and manage the sales pipeline.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and market intelligence to upper management.
  • Manage territory expense budgets and maintain thorough product knowledge.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in medical device sales, specifically patient monitoring systems.
  • Proven track record of selling both disposable products and capital equipment to hospitals.
  • Fluent in Italian and proficient in English (B2 level).
  • Ability to manage a heavy travel schedule within the assigned territory.
  • Experience calling on physicians and hospital administrators.
