What you will do

  • Develop and execute the brand-side commercial strategy and scale a repeatable sales motion for partnerships.
  • Identify, prioritize, and close early lighthouse partnerships with brands, agencies, and loyalty platforms.
  • Act as the voice of the market to influence the roadmaps for hirify.global Ads, Rewards, and ID products.
  • Create new revenue streams through sponsored rewards, brand-funded offers, and retail partnerships.
  • Establish measurement and attribution standards to demonstrate partner value and marketing effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with Global Business Development, Product, and Executive Leadership to drive strategic initiatives.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in business development, brand partnerships, or advertising sales.
  • Proven track record of selling to Fortune 1000 brands, agencies, or consumer marketing organizations.
  • Demonstrated success building a new business line or commercial function from 0 to 1.
  • Deep understanding of digital advertising, identity, commerce, and attribution ecosystems.
  • Strong negotiation and executive presentation skills.
  • Must be based in or able to work from Los Angeles or New York (Hybrid).

Nice to have

  • Existing senior relationships across major brands, agencies, or retail media networks.
  • Experience in gaming, adtech, martech, or fintech.
  • Familiarity with first-party data and personalization platforms.
  • Experience building and scaling commercial teams.
