Salary: $225K – $275K + Equity

What you will do

• Lead negotiations for GPU compute, cloud capacity, and infrastructure-services agreements across a multi-provider stack.
• Manage colocation, power, datacenter, and network contracting to ensure operational resilience of production sites.
• Map concentration risk and long-lead dependencies across the vendor portfolio in partnership with Finance and Security.
• Implement export and trade-control flow-downs within compute and hardware agreements.
• Develop template libraries, SLA-credit playbooks, and intake workflows for scalable procurement.
• Support strategic partnerships, M&A diligence, and customer/sales deal negotiations.

Requirements

• JD and active bar membership in good standing.
• 8+ years of technology-transactions experience with significant buy-side exposure to compute, cloud, or datacenter contracting.
• Fluency in availability and SLA constructs, capacity, and route diversity.
• Experience managing high-volume, template-driven vendor contracting.
• Strong judgment regarding vendor terms and their impact on cost and operational flexibility.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in San Francisco or New York.

Nice to have

• In-house experience at a cloud provider, hyperscaler, or semiconductor company.
• Direct experience with bare-metal procurement or large compute-capacity commitments.
• Familiarity with M&A integration and inherited-vendor continuity.
• Experience working at an AI, ML, or developer-infrastructure company.
