Salary: $255,000 – $300,000

What you will do

• Lead the drafting, negotiation, and execution of strategic partnerships, enterprise agreements, and technology integrations.
• Partner with business development, product, and operations teams to structure complex commercial arrangements.
• Advise on transaction structures, risk allocation, and negotiation strategies for emerging technologies and AI-driven models.
• Support corporate initiatives including investments, M&A, and governance documentation.
• Develop and refine contracting templates, playbooks, and scalable legal processes.
• Coordinate with subject matter experts across privacy, IP, regulatory, and security functions.

Requirements

• 3–10+ years of experience as a Commercial, Technology Transactions, or Corporate attorney at a top firm or in-house.
• Significant hands-on experience negotiating sophisticated commercial transactions and strategic partnerships.
• Must be able to work on-site in San Francisco, CA.
• Strong business judgment with the ability to balance legal risk against operational realities.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build trust across diverse business teams.
• Open to occasional international travel.
