What you will do

• Lead People programs across promotions, performance, merit, and employee surveys.
• Develop and maintain project plans, trackers, timelines, milestones, and action logs.
• Coordinate across cross-functional partners including HR, Compensation, Analytics, Payroll, and business leaders.
• Plan and execute engagement or pulse survey cycles, including communications and follow-up actions.
• Surface risks early and assist leaders in moving from ideation to execution.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project management, program management, or People Operations.
• Proven track record of running cross-functional programs in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
• Strong organizational skills, detail orientation, and consistency in follow-through.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with leaders at all levels.
• Must be eligible to access U.S. export-controlled technology (contingent upon citizenship/residency status or license approval).
