What you will do

• Manage routine projects including subcontractor proposals, contract reviews, and resource forecasting.
• Coordinate construction elements such as MOPs, RFIs, submittals, and project schedules.
• Perform QA/QC to ensure completion in accordance with project scope and guidelines.
• Oversee start-up, cutover, pre-functional/functional testing, and project closeout.
• Monitor project financials, including budgets, profitability, margins, and client billing.
• Maintain stakeholder relationships and assist in preparing proposals and presentations.

Requirements

• Minimum of five years of experience in building automation systems/controls, with at least two years in a project management role.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Knowledge of project management software including MS Project and Procore.
• Understanding of open-source protocols: BACnet, Modbus, and SNMP.
• B.A./B.S. degree or equivalent in-field construction experience.
• Ability to travel approximately 20% across the US (Valid REAL ID or passport required).
