What you will do

• Generate and qualify new opportunities through outbound efforts, partnerships, and networking.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing complex deals with enterprise marketing leaders.
• Achieve monthly pipeline generation and quarterly conversion goals to exceed annual sales quotas.
• Present hirify.global's positioning, capabilities, and product demos to C-level executives.
• Maintain a feedback loop with CS, Marketing, and Product teams to improve the platform.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in sales with a proven track record of exceeding goals.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Strong technical aptitude and experience working within a high-growth company environment.
• Expertise in consultative sales skills and one or more sales qualification frameworks.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to deal with ambiguity and take calculated risks.
• Minimum BA/BS degree or equivalent.
