What you will do

• Map and optimize the post-purchase customer journey for onboarding, adoption, and renewal.
• Develop campaigns to generate qualified pipeline for upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Create proactive retention strategies to identify and nurture at-risk accounts.
• Build and mobilize an advocacy program including case studies, webinars, and peer reviews.
• Lead the strategy and execution of the Customer Advisory Board (CAB).
• Collaborate with Product and Sales teams to translate user insights into actionable updates.

Requirements

• 7+ years of marketing experience, with 3-5 years in customer or lifecycle marketing.
• Experience in B2B SaaS environments.
• Proven track record of managing customer advocacy programs and creating customer-driven content.
• Proficiency with HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, and Gainsight.
• Strong analytical skills to measure campaign ROI and monitor NRR and NPS.
• Exceptional communication skills for rapport-building with C-level executives.
