What you will do

• Serve as the senior customer-facing voice for hirify.global on AI, machine learning, and the future of commerce media.
• Lead and scale the AI, ML, and Data Science organization, ensuring alignment across AI Labs and production ML teams.
• Accelerate the hirify.global Agent strategy to implement trusted, explainable, and workflow-embedded agentic AI.
• Manage AI Labs to drive rapid experimentation, prototyping, and validation of emerging AI capabilities.
• Direct the technical direction for recommendations, optimization, forecasting, and measurement intelligence.
• Partner with Product and GTM teams to embed AI into high-value product areas and create clear customer narratives.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in AI, ML, Data Science, or product leadership at a global level.
• Proven track record of transforming advanced technical capabilities into scalable customer-facing products.
• Experience leading and coaching senior technical and product leaders.
• Strong expertise in applied AI, generative AI, agentic workflows, and recommendation systems.
• Strong executive presence and communication skills for interacting with senior brand and agency stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel for customer events and regular trips to China to meet the technical team.
