Salary: $195,000 – $225,000 USD (OTE)

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of 4-6 direct reports, including Senior Clinical Field Specialists and Associate Sales Representatives.
• Develop territory and account action plans to close competitive accounts and increase physician utilization.
• Conduct and coach effective sales calls using industry-standard processes such as Janek.
• Collaborate with Strategic Account Managers, Medical Sales Liaisons, and Medical Directors to close new business.
• Ensure strict compliance with Sunshine Act, Stark, and Anti-Kickback regulations.
• Manage PHI data in accordance with HIPAA and security training requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Nursing, or a related healthcare discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of successful sales experience, with a preference for Women's Health.
• Training in recognized Industry Sale Process Programs (e.g., SPIN Selling, Challenger, Janek, IMPAX).
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals.
• Proficiency in Salesforce.com, Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Qliksense.
