What you will do

  • Partner with agency and functional leaders to identify and integrate AI into day-to-day workflows.
  • Manage a structured intake and tracking system for bottoms-up AI use cases, categorizing them by impact and feasibility.
  • Prepare and present use case evaluations for leadership review to support prioritization and decision-making.
  • Coordinate AI workshops, office hours, and develop an internal network of AI champions.
  • Collaborate with IT and AI transformation teams to ensure technical feasibility and facilitate scaling.
  • Track and report on productivity gains and time savings resulting from AI implementations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 4–6+ years of experience in consulting, operations, or project management.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Experience working in cross-functional or matrixed environments.
  • Ability to explain AI-supported thinking and outputs clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong structured problem-solving and organizational skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience in a marketing agency or professional services environment.
  • Hands-on knowledge of generative AI tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT) for business analysis and decision-making.
