Commercial Roofing Estimator

Location: Remote; work-from-home setup with quarterly in-person team-building events.

Salary: 55,000 gross per month plus 13th-month pay. Additional benefits include a 5,000 client deployment allowance, benefits valued at 324,000 pesos annually, and up to 142,000 pesos in annual performance-based incentives.

What you will do

• Read and interpret full construction drawing sets, roof assemblies, flashing details, wall details, penetrations, and specifications.
• Extract roofing scope from general contractor plans and identify discrepancies between architectural details and manufacturer requirements.
• Perform take-offs using BuildingConnected or STACK, including roof areas, parapet walls, insulation, membrane, waste factors, and seam overlap loss.
• Calculate fastener quantities using wind ratings, building height, perimeter enhancements, and RhinoBond requirements.
• Develop complete material lists aligned with mechanically attached, TPO, PVC, and RhinoBond assembly specifications.
• Prepare commercial bid packages, general contractor submittals, AIA billing and closeout documentation, and manufacturer compliance materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture preferred.
• 3–4 years of relevant experience, preferably in commercial roofing, building envelope systems, architecture, or construction estimating.
• Ability to independently navigate and interpret complete construction plan sets and commercial construction documents.
• Understanding of how building height, wind rating, assembly type, and fastening patterns affect material quantities.
• High attention to detail, analytical rigor, organization, and documentation discipline in a high-volume bid environment.
• Strong spoken and written English is required, including the ability to conduct professional client conversations.
