What you will do

• Gather business and technical requirements through use-case discovery and platform analysis.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Lead implementation and integration efforts, collaborating with Engineering to define solution plans.
• Identify and document integration points with third-party solutions.
• Perform root cause analysis and resolve technical issues during the implementation lifecycle.
• Define best practices and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK.
• Proven experience as an Implementation Consultant.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of programming languages (Java, PHP, Perl) and database technologies (SQL).
• Expertise in UML forms, use cases, and class diagrams.
• Experience working with enterprise-level systems and cloud ecommerce platforms.

Nice to have

• Understanding of subscription billing and management solutions.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally (up to 25%).
