TL;DR

Location: On-site in Washington, DC / Arlington, VA. Must be a U.S. Citizen.

Salary: $80,000 - $85,000 per year

What you will do

  • Support all phases of litigation for high-profile federal cases, specifically opioid-related litigation.
  • Execute trial preparation and various litigation tasks as assigned by attorneys.
  • Review, analyze, and index documents and transcripts to locate relevant evidence for investigative actions.
  • Manage litigation support tasks using electronic databases, including tagging and summarizing files.
  • Draft review memos and legal documents while communicating directly with case teams.
  • Utilize ESI tools and eDiscovery procedures to organize and manage litigation materials.

Requirements

  • J.D. Degree and active member of the Bar in any U.S. jurisdiction.
  • U.S. Citizenship is required.
  • At least two years of progressively responsible experience in litigation support or task order projects.
  • Sound working knowledge of federal and state court systems and legal research procedures.
  • Proficiency in legal research tools such as LEXIS and Westlaw.
  • Hands-on familiarity with ESI tools and eDiscovery procedures.
