Salary: $70,000–$90,000 + equity

What you will do

• Conduct live tutorials to onboard new clients.
• Execute financial operations, including reviewing payment instructions with error flags and provisioning accounts.
• Analyze user outcomes and investigate recurrent problems to propose product improvements.
• Communicate with users to resolve advanced technical and operational questions.
• Create internal and external knowledge bases, guides, and tutorials.
• Contribute to product strategy and roadmap using usage data and user feedback.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
• Experience in operations, specifically financial operations (banking, VC, accounting) or enterprise customer success.
• Extreme attention to numerical and verbal detail, including spotting typos and errors.
• Ability to synthesize complex or confused information into clear, concise communication.
• Bachelor’s degree with a strong GPA (preferred but not required).
