What you will do
- Break down complex technical problems into well-scoped, achievable plans.
- Drive alignment and translate vision into shared goals across cross-functional teams.
- Own the end-to-end delivery process from kickoff to launch, tracking progress and managing risk.
- Provide clarity to stakeholders by flagging blockers early and using data to guide trade-off decisions.
- Act as a central point of coordination between engineering, product, security, and leadership.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience leading cross-functional programs in high-growth or technical environments.
- Technical fluency, evidenced by a Computer Science degree or extensive real-world experience with engineering teams.
- Experience working closely with infrastructure, platform, or developer tooling teams.
- Proven ability to influence without authority and implement structure without unnecessary bureaucracy.
- Must be based in the United States.
Nice to have
- Experience with security-focused or compliance-driven engineering organizations.
- Familiarity with product operations.
- Deep respect for secure-by-default systems and open source communities.
