Location: Must be based in or be able to relocate to San Bernardino, CA, USA

Salary: $310,000 – $360,000

What you will do

• Provide comprehensive medical care including evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment planning for PACE participants.
• Manage a light patient panel of 5–8 patients per day.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team care planning and quality improvement initiatives.
• Provide 24/7 medical coverage as assigned.
• Supervise and manage staff, including hiring, training, and performance appraisals.
• Document care in medical records and contribute to EMR enhancements.

Requirements

• Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathy degree from a U.S. medical school.
• Successful completion of residency at an accredited healthcare institution.
• Current active California medical license.
• Current active DEA license.
• Board Eligible or Board Certification in a primary care specialty (Internal Medicine or Family Medicine preferred).
