Compensation: $20.00–$24.00 per hour

What you will do

• Support the planning and coordination of trade shows, customer meetings, and virtual programs.
• Assist with event logistics including registration, attendee lists, and on-site setup.
• Collaborate with marketing, communications, and sales teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Contribute to the development of presentations, signage, and promotional materials.
• Track project timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure efficient execution.
• Gather feedback and performance data to support post-event reporting.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or Business.
• Must be based in Providence, RI.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• English proficiency required.
• Immigration sponsorship is not available.
