What you will do

• Plan and coordinate all event aspects, including logistics, venue selection, catering, and audiovisual requirements.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to tailor experiences to meet event objectives.
• Develop and manage event budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness and financial adherence.
• Source, negotiate, and manage vendor contracts and relationships.
• Create detailed event timelines and run sheets to ensure smooth execution from setup to breakdown.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in event planning or coordination, preferably in a corporate or agency environment.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with clients and vendors.
• Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
