Organic Growth Manager (Generative Search): Leading and executing hirify.global's organic growth strategy for generative search across AI-driven platforms and search landscapes with an accent on brand visibility, relevance, and trust. Focus on monitoring and improving brand sentiment, creating and optimising web content for both traditional and AI-generated search results, and translating evolving AI search and LLM behaviour into actionable strategies.

Location: Remote (Global), with compensation details provided for Poland.

Salary: PLN18,400 - PLN21,600 gross monthly (Poland)

What you will do

  • Own and execute hirify.global’s Organic Growth generative search strategy, focusing on brand visibility, relevance, and trust.
  • Monitor and improve brand sentiment and perception across search landscape and generative platforms.
  • Create and optimise hirify.global’s web content, structured data, and digital assets for visibility across traditional and AI-generated search results.
  • Coordinate and manage content distribution across hirify.global domains and relevant third-party sites.
  • Expand brand presence by identifying and targeting high-impact topics, questions, and queries in search and generative environments.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to amplify hirify.global’s presence in high-intent and brand-relevant search journeys.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in performance marketing, organic growth, or digital marketing, ideally with exposure to emerging generative technologies.
  • A solid understanding of how brand presence influences visibility, sentiment, trust, and engagement in search.
  • A demonstrated interest in search trends and emerging technologies, including AI-driven tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google SGE.
  • A proven ability to create or contribute to strategies that drive discoverability.
  • To be comfortable using data to guide decisions, looking at search performance, traffic patterns, and basic reporting tools (e.g., Google Search Console, GA4, etc.).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with various teams.

Nice to have

  • An interest in generative engine optimisation (GEO) and how AI tools retrieve and display brand-related information.
  • Experience working with AI tools for research, writing, or analysis.
