Salary: PLN 18,400 – 21,600 gross monthly (for Poland)

What you will do

• Own and deliver the generative search strategy across AI and search platforms to grow brand visibility, relevance, and trust.
• Optimize website content, structured data, and digital assets for visibility in both traditional and AI-generated search results.
• Manage content distribution across owned channels and relevant third-party platforms to support organic growth.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to strengthen the overall search presence.
• Measure visibility across AI search and LLM platforms and use insights to drive optimization actions.

Requirements

• Proven track record of owning and leading complex projects end-to-end.
• Ability to decompose complex problems into smaller, manageable tasks.
• Strong proficiency in working with data to drive decisions.
• Excellent communication skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.
• Must be based in Poland, Portugal, or Spain.

Nice to have

• Experience in AI search or Answer Engine Optimization (AEO).
• Familiarity with LLM ecosystems and AI tools.
• Experience managing brand reputation and digital presence.
• Knowledge of experimentation platforms and analytics tools.
