Location: Must be based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada (Hybrid role).

What you will do
- Proactively contact existing clients to introduce new products and services to increase revenue share.
- Analyze and evaluate client-initiated changes and maintenance requests through thorough consultation.
- Provide accurate technical information, advice, and assistance regarding organizational products.
- Conduct internal research to develop proposals for solving technical client problems.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation using internal databases and computerized systems.
- Collaborate with technical teams and account management to ensure client issues are resolved.
Requirements
- High School diploma required.
- Experience in B2B sales or outbound Customer Service.
- Bilingual in French and English is highly preferred.
- Ability to learn industry systems, modules, and product functionality.
- Strong analytical and research skills for technical problem solving.
Nice to have
- 2+ years of relevant experience in the credit card industry.
