What you will do

• Proactively contact existing clients to introduce new products and services to increase revenue share.
• Analyze and evaluate client-initiated changes and maintenance requests through thorough consultation.
• Provide accurate technical information, advice, and assistance regarding organizational products.
• Conduct internal research to develop proposals for solving technical client problems.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation using internal databases and computerized systems.
• Collaborate with technical teams and account management to ensure client issues are resolved.

Requirements

• High School diploma required.
• Experience in B2B sales or outbound Customer Service.
• Bilingual in French and English is highly preferred.
• Ability to learn industry systems, modules, and product functionality.
• Strong analytical and research skills for technical problem solving.

Nice to have

• 2+ years of relevant experience in the credit card industry.
