What you will do
- Drive sales and achieve targets within the aviation, air navigation, and air defense sectors across the MEA region.
- Develop and execute account and opportunity capture strategies from initial build to final win.
- Build and manage strategic relationships with systems integrators, resellers, and partners.
- Independently prepare commercial offers, quotations, and technical presentations.
- Represent the company at industry events and trade shows to engage customer and partner leadership.
- Provide market intelligence and competitive analysis to optimize product positioning.
Requirements
- 10-15 years of experience in sales within aviation or aviation-linked industries (e.g., ANSPs, air force, airports).
- Graduate degree in Electronics, Electrical, or Communications Engineering.
- Must be based in the UAE or another MEA location aligned with the company footprint.
- Proficient English communication skills (written and spoken).
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and managing realistic forecasting plans.
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in Arabic.
- Knowledge of Central European languages.
- Settled residency in UAE, KSA, or Qatar.
