TL;DR

ATC Sales Manager (Aviation): Managing sales and business development for air traffic control solutions in the MEA region with an accent on aviation-linked industries and strategic partnerships. Focus on executing account capture strategies, leveraging RF and IP engineering knowledge, and winning business through systems integrators and resellers.

Location: Must be based in the UAE or any MEA location aligned with the company entity footprint. Preference for settled residents of UAE, KSA, or Qatar.

What you will do

  • Drive sales and achieve targets within the aviation, air navigation, and air defense sectors across the MEA region.
  • Develop and execute account and opportunity capture strategies from initial build to final win.
  • Build and manage strategic relationships with systems integrators, resellers, and partners.
  • Independently prepare commercial offers, quotations, and technical presentations.
  • Represent the company at industry events and trade shows to engage customer and partner leadership.
  • Provide market intelligence and competitive analysis to optimize product positioning.

Requirements

  • 10-15 years of experience in sales within aviation or aviation-linked industries (e.g., ANSPs, air force, airports).
  • Graduate degree in Electronics, Electrical, or Communications Engineering.
  • Must be based in the UAE or another MEA location aligned with the company footprint.
  • Proficient English communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and managing realistic forecasting plans.
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in Arabic.
  • Knowledge of Central European languages.
  • Settled residency in UAE, KSA, or Qatar.
