What you will do

  • Drive new account acquisition across the Africa region to meet and exceed annual sales growth targets.
  • Manage a dedicated territory, ensuring prompt responses to client requests and identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Act as a commercial partner supporting budgeting, demand planning, and multi-year strategic planning.
  • Gather and communicate client insights on products and competitors to inform corporate strategy.
  • Maintain CRM accuracy and collaborate with the sales team to ensure reliable forecasting.
  • Negotiate contract terms to secure profitable agreements in compliance with company policies.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in a commercial or sales role.
  • Proven experience working for technology or data vendors.
  • Previous experience in Account Executive or Sales roles.
  • Must be based in or able to work hybrid from Dubai.

Nice to have

  • Experience in the maritime or commodities sectors.
  • Proficiency with sales tools such as Salesforce, Zoominfo, Outreach, and Sales Navigator.
