What you will do
- Monitor and maintain key performance indicators including partner acquisitions, order growth, and net fail rates.
- Manage and guide the account management team to ensure optimal performance and timely task completion.
- Lead commission renegotiations and ensure monthly acquisition targets are met.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Logistics, and Finance teams to streamline the sales cycle and resolve escalations.
- Produce metrics and reports to provide visibility on team performance and work assignments.
- Lead new projects and initiatives across the non-food vertical.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Fluent in both Arabic and English (written and verbal).
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Excel for reporting and data analysis.
- Ability to meet deadlines and maintain flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
