What you will do

• Lead the KCS coaching program by training, mentoring, and supporting internal teams on KCS principles.
• Develop and maintain KCS training materials, job aids, and playbooks to ensure scalability.
• Monitor knowledge base health metrics to improve article quality, findability, and reuse.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to create and update technical content for RFPs and RFIs.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear and compelling responses tailored to client needs.
• Maintain a centralized knowledge library of RFP content, ensuring brand and compliance alignment.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in knowledge management or technical writing.
• Deep understanding of KCS (Knowledge-Centered Service) methodologies.
• Proven experience coaching or mentoring others in a knowledge-sharing or support environment.
• Strong technical writing and editing skills, specifically within B2B or SaaS environments.
• Experience supporting RFP or proposal development processes.
• Proficiency in knowledge management systems such as Salesforce Knowledge or ServiceNow.
