Location: Hybrid (USA). Must be based in Arizona, California, or Colorado.

Salary: $66,176 – $117,312 per year

What you will do

• Create high-quality, engaging, and persuasive sales content to support the pursuit of new water-related business.
• Collaborate with internal clients to translate strategy into clear and accessible sales messaging.
• Review, revise, and edit proposal documents to improve storytelling, style, grammar, and punctuation.
• Interview Subject Matter Experts to transform complex technical concepts into digestible narratives.
• Manage and prioritize a workload of competing long-term and short-term proposal deadlines.
• Coordinate with production professionals to ensure deliverables are uniform and visually appealing.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US (AZ, CA, or CO).
• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• 2+ years of related experience (6+ years strongly preferred).
• Experience in AEC industries, specifically within Water Solutions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word; familiarity with Adobe InDesign and Photoshop.
• Visa sponsorship is not available.

• Deep experience developing content for qualifications-based selection (QBS) procurement procedures.
