What you will do

• Manage daily activities of driver personnel and assign work nationwide using McLeod software.
• Communicate ETAs with load planners and direct drivers to designated territories or dedicated operations.
• Provide guidance to drivers on complying with local, state, and federal trucking industry statutes.
• Ensure driver safety, productivity, and on-time delivery to customers.
• Counsel drivers and assist them with over-the-road issues.
• Oversee driver documentation, including license renewals, physicals, and random drug tests.

Requirements

• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field, or 1-3 years of experience in dispatch or fleet management.
• Must be located in or able to work onsite in Nashville, TN.
• Proficiency with truck dispatch software and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and high attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Experience with Flatbed trucking operations.
