What you will do

• Lead the planning, design, and construction of advanced AI infrastructure and high-performance computing facilities.
• Collaborate with civil, structural, MEP, and fire protection disciplines to develop integrated, scalable solutions.
• Create Basis of Design documents and RFQ packages for external consultants and vendors.
• Conduct site visits and assessments to incorporate existing site conditions and risk mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning, and environmental standards.
• Manage external partners, including architects and builders, to ensure design excellence and cost-effective procurement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Active Architectural licensure; NCARB certification strongly preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in architectural design and project management within data center development.
• Proven track record leading multi-disciplinary projects in fast-scaling organizations.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work in Memphis, TN.

Nice to have

• Expertise in supercomputer deployments or AI-optimized data centers.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Jira, Bluebeam, and Adobe Creative Suite.
