Salary: $143,000 – $210,000

What you will do

• Lead U.S. utility engagement and power access execution strategy.
• Manage relationships with IOUs, cooperatives, and municipal utilities to ensure reliable power delivery.
• Negotiate Electric Service Agreements (ESAs) and standardize structures across different markets.
• Track timelines and risks associated with power procurement for hirify.global sites.
• Partner with development, engineering, and legal teams to assess power feasibility for new sites.
• Prepare updates for leadership regarding power risks and U.S. expansion progress.

Requirements

• 6–10+ years of experience in utilities, energy infrastructure, or grid operations.
• Working knowledge of transmission and distribution systems and interconnection processes.
• Proven experience interacting with utilities in a professional or commercial capacity.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple simultaneous utility engagements.
• Must be a U.S. person (as defined by U.S. Government export regulations).

Nice to have

• Experience supporting data centers, hyperscalers, or energy-intensive infrastructure.
• Familiarity with U.S. utility tariffs, rate structures, and regulatory environments.
• Ability to translate technical utility concepts for non-technical internal stakeholders.
