Compensation: $251,000 – $264,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Develop and improve global conference room AV and video conferencing standards for reliability and scalability.
• Design enterprise room archetypes, hardware stacks, and control patterns for global deployment.
• Oversee AV control code, programming patterns, and network requirements to ensure consistency.
• Lead AV/VC design standards and technical reviews for new global office buildouts.
• Manage the full AV technology lifecycle, including evaluation, deployment, support, and end-of-life planning.
• Develop integrations between AV systems and core IT services like monitoring, ticketing, and calendar systems.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in design, installation, and troubleshooting of enterprise AV systems.
• Expertise in QSYS programming and implementation at a global scale.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise networking technologies (Multicast routing, switch configuration, QoS, IGMP).
• Proficiency in CAD software (Revit, AutoCAD, Vectorworks, Visio) for drawing package production.
• Experience with AV scripting (Lua, Appscript, Python).
• Deep understanding of AV over IP (QLAN, ST 2110, Dante, NDI) in corporate network environments.
