What you will do

• Lead technical direction for predictive maintenance, anomaly detection, and LLM-powered intelligence across products.
• Architect end-to-end ML systems from data ingestion and feature engineering to deployment and monitoring.
• Mentor a team of ML and data engineers on experimentation and model lifecycle management.
• Partner with product and engineering leaders to align the AI roadmap with customer needs and business goals.
• Design reliable data and feedback loops connecting customer telemetry to model retraining.
• Build reasoning systems and agentic workflows using LLM frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, and Hugging Face.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Machine Learning, Data Science, or Applied AI.
• Expertise in Python and strong familiarity with PyTorch, TensorFlow, and cloud ML stacks (AWS, Databricks).
• Proven experience deploying production ML systems at scale.
• Strong background in LLMs, time-series modeling, and anomaly detection for real-world data.
• Knowledge of MLOps tooling including Docker, Kubernetes, Weights & Biases, MLflow, and SageMaker.
• Must be based in the USA (implied by 401k and location).

Nice to have

• Experience with OCR for extracting structured data from documents.
• Background in Industrial IoT systems, sensors, telemetry, and edge computing.
• Experience with reinforcement learning or agentic architectures for control systems.
• Advanced degree (MS/PhD) in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
