TL;DR

Master AI / Machine Learning Specialist (AWS): Designing and implementing the agentic intelligence layer of an AI-powered media planning platform with an accent on multi-agent architectures and RAG pipelines. Focus on architecting specialized AI agents, integrating enterprise data sources, and ensuring production reliability using AWS Bedrock.

Location: Remote (Brazil). Fluent English (C1 or higher) is required for daily interaction with US clients and stakeholders.

What you will do

  • Design and implement multi-agent AI architectures and collaborative workflows using AWS Bedrock.
  • Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines utilizing vector databases and embeddings.
  • Configure and manage AWS Bedrock Agents, Knowledge Bases, and Guardrails.
  • Implement tool integrations using Model Context Protocol (MCP) and API-based services.
  • Optimize LLM behavior through prompt engineering, tuning, and context management.
  • Develop observability and monitoring strategies for AI workflows using CloudWatch and X-Ray.

Requirements

  • Proven experience building production-grade AI/ML systems on AWS.
  • Strong hands-on expertise with AWS Bedrock Agents (AgentCore) and Knowledge Bases.
  • Experience with OpenSearch Serverless, DynamoDB, and API Gateway.
  • Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or AWS CDK.
  • Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and event-driven architectures.
  • English: Fluent C1 or higher is mandatory for interaction with US stakeholders.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) or AWS Step Functions.
  • Knowledge of conversational AI UX patterns and hybrid interaction models.
  • Experience optimizing operational costs for AWS Bedrock and OpenSearch.
  • Familiarity with LLM evaluation frameworks and AI quality metrics.
