Salary: $114,000 — $172,000 USD

What you will do

• Identify and communicate technical and role readiness for the Support organization.
• Design, create, and deliver enablement and training programs from onboarding to "everboarding".
• Collaborate with product teams and other enablement managers to prioritize and solution field requests.
• Use a data-driven and analytical approach to quantify program impact and decide on future initiatives.
• Lead discovery sessions with business leaders to build and refine program requirements.
• Equip customer support teams with necessary product knowledge and processes to resolve customer issues.

Requirements

• Must be based in Bellevue, WA; Chicago, IL; or Toronto, ON.
• 5+ years of experience as a Support Engineer or similar role in a Support organization.
• 5+ years of enablement experience in the software industry.
• Strong communication, presentation skills, and executive presence.
• Ability to understand, work with, and present to a technical audience.
• Proven ability to deliver results in a fast-moving, highly matrixed environment.

• Current Okta certification.
• Experience in support operations and program management.
• Strong problem solving, priority setting, and facilitation skills.
