What you will do

• Define messaging frameworks for registration campaigns, emails, and landing pages to drive engagement.
• Manage the full session content lifecycle, from call-for-abstracts to final presentation delivery.
• Partner with internal and external speakers to refine session titles, abstracts, and narratives.
• Coordinate review cycles, deadlines, and approvals to ensure alignment with event goals.
• Collaborate with design, production, and marketing operations to ensure flawless execution.
• Maintain detailed content calendars and tracking systems to support planning.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in event marketing, content marketing, or program management.
• Proven ability to manage complex content operations with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering at scale.
• Experience working with senior leaders and external speakers to elevate content quality.
• Excellent communication skills and high attention to detail.
• Legal right to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
