TL;DR

AI Systems & Automation Architect (SaaS): Designing and building intelligent AI-powered workflows and project management infrastructures for a digital marketing agency with an accent on ClickUp architecture, automation, and SaaS product development. Focus on conceptualizing scalable AI agents, integrating complex tool stacks, and transforming internal agency processes into a standalone product.

Location: Must be based in Latin America or South Africa. Working hours: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm PDT.

Salary: $1,500 - $2,000 per month

What you will do

  • Design and build AI-powered agents to automate internal workflows and service delivery.
  • Develop and manage complex ClickUp systems, including dashboards, automations, and templates.
  • Architect scalable project management infrastructures tailored to agency operations.
  • Collaborate with leadership to conceptualize and build a SaaS product from internal systems.
  • Integrate various tools and platforms including APIs, Zapier, Make, and GPT-based systems.
  • Document systems, processes, and frameworks for scalability and internal adoption.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in automation, systems building, or related technical roles.
  • Advanced expertise in ClickUp architecture and workflow design.
  • Strong experience with automation tools like Zapier, Make, or Airtable.
  • Solid understanding of AI tools, APIs, and agent-based systems.
  • Ability to work during 9:00 am - 5:00 pm PDT.
  • Must be based in Latin America or South Africa.

  • Experience working in a digital marketing agency.
  • Proven track record of building SaaS products.
