Salary: $70,000 — $200,000 USD

What you will do
- Build and scale the solutions engineering function, including defining role profiles and coverage models.
- Establish repeatable technical discovery and solution design processes to support sales and customer outcomes.
- Architect and implement AI agent workflows, translating business processes into automated, production-grade systems.
- Manage executive relationships with key customers and internal stakeholders to drive commercial impact.
- Partner with Solution Architecture and Engineering to codify technical standards and best practices.
- Develop enablement programs, including training, assessments, and quality metrics for the team.
Requirements
- Proven experience building and leading a solutions engineering or equivalent function.
- Hands-on experience designing, building, and shipping AI agent workflows or automation systems.
- Strong executive stakeholder management skills with a track record of driving outcomes through influence.
- Excellent operational rigor and ability to turn ambiguous goals into repeatable processes.
- Domain experience in HRTech, payroll, HCM, or adjacent industries.
- English: C1 proficiency required for all applications.
Nice to have
- Experience with modern LLM tooling and human-in-the-loop design patterns.
- Background in scaling technical pre-sales teams in high-growth SaaS environments.
