Salary: $195,000 - $240,000

What you will do
- Manage and coach up to 5 engineers in their career growth and technical improvement.
- Contribute hands-on code (up to 50%) in an agile environment using TDD and pair programming.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to shape the application and business goals.
- Design and deploy AI features to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
- Participate in an on-call rotation to ensure system reliability and availability.
Requirements
- Must reside in the U.S.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without employer visa sponsorship.
- Professional experience with Ruby on Rails or other open-source programming languages.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience delivering software in a production environment.
- Minimum of 2 years of management experience.
Nice to have
- Professional experience with React or TypeScript.
- Exposure to healthcare standards like FHIR, HL7, or integration with EHR systems (Epic, Cerner).
- Experience building rules engines, decision trees, or dynamic workflow automation.
- Background as a technical lead working with UX/UI design and product management.
