Salary: $24 – $28 per hour

What you will do

• Perform diverse preventative care and diagnostic services, including phlebotomy, ECGs, and diabetic retina imaging.
• Manage daily schedules and commute to multiple patient homes using mobile technology.
• Establish welcoming connections with a diverse patient base and collect relevant health information.
• Ensure proper labeling, management, and coordination of specimen drop-offs to labs.
• Maintain strict adherence to PPE and safety protocols during all home visits.

Requirements

• Valid state-required licensure or national certification as a Nurse, Phlebotomist, or Medical Assistant
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Valid Driver’s License and current vehicle insurance
• Reliable transportation and ability to physically navigate homes (climbing stairs, carrying up to 20 lbs)
• Successful completion of national background and DMV checks
• Proof of required vaccinations (COVID booster, MMR, Hep B, Varicella, TB, Influenza, TDaP)

Nice to have

• Previous experience in venipuncture
• Comfort with HIPAA secure messaging apps and mobile charting tools
