Salary: $26.00–$31.00 per hour

What you will do

• Provide first aid support and make referrals to outside medical providers as necessary.
• Minimize associate risk of injury through awareness, education, and proactive engagement.
• Coordinate and maintain workers’ compensation and return-to-work programs.
• Engage with associates and leadership on the operations floor to provide coaching on at-risk work habits.
• Maintain accurate records of care and provide daily activity logs and end-of-shift reports.
• Assist with random drug testing protocols and emergency response at the site.

Requirements

• High school or equivalent diploma required.
• Current valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Must hold current valid EMT, Paramedic, or Athletic Trainer certification.
• Must be able to lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk for up to 12 hours.
• Must obtain American Heart Association or Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED certification within 3 weeks of start date if not already held.

Nice to have

• Experience with industrial wellness programs and musculoskeletal disorders.
• Demonstrated work experience with OSHA regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital recordkeeping.
• Certified to teach first aid, CPR, and AED training.
