What you will do

• Perform precision venipunctures to obtain blood specimens following aseptic techniques.
• Coordinate patient care services, including scheduling appointments and managing blood draw times.
• Act as the primary liaison for accounts and sales teams, documenting all communications and resolving inquiries.
• Maintain specimen integrity and accurately track collected specimens in daily logs.
• Ensure strict adherence to CAP CLIA standards, legal regulations, and organizational policies.
• Investigate and resolve escalated issues regarding sample redraws and turnaround time (TAT).

Requirements

• 5-7 years of phlebotomy experience.
• Oncology experience required.
• Phlebotomy Certificate as required by state regulations.
• High School Diploma required; BS/BA degree preferred.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 pounds regularly.
