What you will do

• Lead annual budgeting, long-range planning, and rolling forecasts across all business units and properties.
• Develop sophisticated financial models to support acquisitions, developments, asset management, and capital planning.
• Implement AI-enabled forecasting tools and predictive analytics to increase decision-making speed and accuracy.
• Partner with the CFO and executive leadership on capital allocation and portfolio strategy.
• Oversee the creation of executive-level dashboards and KPIs using modern BI and visualization tools.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team of 4–5 FP&A professionals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Data Analytics (MBA or CPA preferred).
• 12+ years of progressive finance experience with substantial FP&A leadership.
• Real estate industry experience strongly preferred.
• Proven experience leveraging automation and AI-driven tools within finance or analytics functions.
• Expertise in ERP systems, BI tools (Power BI, Tableau), and SQL.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Bay Harbor Islands, FL.
