What you will do

• Manage the full order lifecycle from load building to tendering using advanced TMS platforms.
• Negotiate rates and select optimal transport modes to ensure cost-effective delivery.
• Analyze performance trends to identify and resolve shipment errors proactively.
• Train new users on internal systems and document standard operating procedures.
• Serve as a primary point of contact between shippers, receivers, and carriers to resolve complex logistical issues.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to Newport, KY
• 2+ years of relevant experience in transportation or logistics.
• Intermediate proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Transportation, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.
• Experience with BI and Tableau reporting tools.
• 3+ years of deep experience in the logistics industry.
