What you will do

• Define and implement a global logistics strategy aligned with internal stakeholders and customer requirements.
• Oversee warehousing, inventory flow, and inbound/outbound transportation for domestic and international shipments.
• Negotiate rates and contracts with logistics providers and optimize transport modes and routes.
• Ensure strict compliance with international trade regulations, tariffs, HTS classifications, and export requirements.
• Advise product design teams on packaging and design to minimize transportation costs.

Requirements

• BS in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field (MS preferred).
• 7+ years of global transportation and logistics experience, preferably in industrial construction or energy.
• Expert knowledge of import/export regulations in North America, Europe, Middle East, China, and Australia.
• Proven experience establishing and managing a global transportation and logistics function.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and E-Verify.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 40%.
