What you will do

• Manage repossession inventory and maximize returns from auction sale proceeds to minimize net credit losses.
• Execute title processes and follow up to ensure timely liquidation of repossessions.
• Coordinate with dealers, auctions, and customers via phone and email to facilitate remarketing processes.
• Review condition reports and historical sale data to determine optimal sale prices and necessary repairs.
• Maintain accurate data entry and documentation in the system of record, primarily using LoanPro.
• Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports regarding remarketing activities and process efficiencies.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business can substitute for experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in auto finance or installment loans, specifically focusing on auction processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace (Docs & Sheets).
• Strong attention to detail, multi-tasking ability, and capacity to work under pressure.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for professional customer and dealer correspondence.
