What you will do

  • Ensure customer satisfaction and retention for a complex portfolio of Tier 1 clients.
  • Build and maintain trusting relationships with client contacts ranging from operational staff to C-suite leadership.
  • Apply cross-functional project management to drive resolution for escalated client issues.
  • Identify product gaps through business impact assessments and manage client expectations.
  • Mentor new and existing Account Managers on best practices and QBR presentations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to proactively mitigate attrition risks and improve the member experience.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of direct account or relationship management experience in the healthcare space.
  • Working knowledge of commercial health insurance and pharmacy benefits.
  • Strong history of working strategically with diverse and complex clients.
  • Executive-level communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to navigate conflict and foster honest dialogue.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
